ClickUp is hiring a Regional Director of Enterprise Sales to lead a team of account executives and drive revenue growth. You'll work closely with sales leadership and collaborate with various departments to enhance the sales system. This role requires strong leadership and sales experience.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with experience managing teams and driving revenue growth. You understand the importance of a collaborative approach and can effectively coach and support account executives in closing deals. Your leadership style is hands-on, and you thrive in environments where you can directly influence outcomes and help your team succeed.

You are passionate about product-led growth and can articulate the value of solutions to potential clients without resorting to aggressive sales tactics. You have experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including Growth, Marketing, Operations, and Product, to ensure alignment and resource allocation for winning accounts.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a pod of at least five account executives, providing coaching, training, and support to help them close deals and achieve revenue targets. You will serve as a player-coach on sales calls, sharing your expertise and insights to help new reps develop their skills. Your focus will be on evolving the sales system to ensure it scales effectively as the company grows.

You will collaborate with senior leaders across various departments to align sales strategies with overall business goals. Your role will involve analyzing sales performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement, ensuring that your team is equipped with the tools and resources they need to succeed.
