What you'll do
As a Senior Territory Account Executive at Cloudflare, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption of our services across the ANZ region. You will work closely with the sales team, including Account Executives, Channel Account Managers, and Customer Success teams, to ensure a seamless experience for our clients. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
You will engage with a diverse range of customers, from individual bloggers to Fortune 500 companies, helping them understand how Cloudflare can enhance their online presence. Your responsibilities will include conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. You will also play a key role in gathering feedback from customers to inform product development and improve service offerings.
