Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in technology or internet services. Your ability to build relationships and understand customer needs is key to your success. You are curious and empathetic, always looking to develop your skills and contribute to a diverse team.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Solution Engineers to help customers adopt Cloudflare's services. Your communication skills allow you to articulate the value of our solutions effectively.

Desirable

Experience in a hybrid sales role is a plus, as is familiarity with Cloudflare's products and services. You are comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and have a strategic mindset to drive growth.

What you'll do

As a Senior Named Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing key accounts and driving customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that customers receive the best possible experience with Cloudflare's services. Your role will involve identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, as well as providing insights to improve our offerings.

You will engage with customers to understand their challenges and help them leverage Cloudflare's solutions to enhance their online presence. Your ability to analyze customer feedback and market trends will be crucial in shaping our sales strategies.

You will also participate in training and development initiatives to enhance your skills and knowledge of Cloudflare's products. Collaborating with marketing and product teams, you will contribute to campaigns that drive customer awareness and adoption.
