What you'll do
As a Deal Desk Manager, you will act as a strategic partner to the global Sales organization, collaborating closely with sales teams to structure, negotiate, and close complex deals. You will ensure that all deals meet the requirements of good business, balancing the needs of the sales team with the financial goals of the company. You will analyze deal structures and provide insights to improve processes and outcomes.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure that all aspects of the deals are aligned and compliant with company policies. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining tools and resources that support the sales team in their deal-making efforts.
