What you'll do

As a Technical Account Manager at Cloudflare, you will be responsible for providing high-level support to our customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our services. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and help them leverage Cloudflare's solutions to improve their online presence. You will resolve complex technical issues and provide guidance on best practices, ensuring that customers can maximize the value of our services.

You will collaborate with various teams within Cloudflare, including engineering and product, to address customer inquiries and advocate for their needs. Your role will involve conducting regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
