What you'll do

As a Technical Account Manager at Cloudflare, you will be the eyes and ears of the customer, providing high-level support and ensuring a seamless experience. You will work closely with the Customer Success Team to resolve complex issues and answer technical inquiries across various channels. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring that they derive maximum value from Cloudflare's services. You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback and advocate for their needs. You will also be responsible for onboarding new clients, guiding them through the setup process, and ensuring they are equipped to use Cloudflare's services effectively. Your goal is to foster long-term relationships with clients, helping them achieve their objectives while using Cloudflare's platform.
