Your ability to retain customers and drive revenue growth is key to your success in this position. You understand the importance of representing the customerโ€™s voice within the organization and are committed to ensuring their needs are met. You are adept at building relationships and have a knack for problem-solving, which allows you to navigate complex customer scenarios with ease.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Your experience in customer success or a related field has equipped you with the skills necessary to manage customer expectations and deliver exceptional service. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for product adoption and are driven by results, always looking for ways to enhance the customer experience.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all things Cloudinary, ensuring that customers are fully informed about product capabilities and updates. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to represent customer feedback and advocate for their needs within the organization. Your success will be measured by your ability to retain customers and drive both revenue growth and product adoption. You will engage with customers regularly to understand their challenges and provide tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.

You will also be responsible for developing and executing customer success plans that align with business objectives. This includes conducting regular check-ins, providing training sessions, and facilitating onboarding processes to ensure customers are getting the most out of Cloudinaryโ€™s offerings. Your role will involve analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, allowing you to proactively address any issues that may arise.
