You have a proven track record in business development, particularly in engaging with senior business and technology stakeholders. Your consultative selling approach has maximized customer outcomes, and you understand the importance of nurturing long-term relationships. You are skilled in developing territory plans and creating pipelines of new clients and engagements. Your ability to convert target accounts into lasting partnerships is a key strength, and you thrive on building win-win value propositions. You recognize that both clients and your team are at the center of everything you do, and you approach client executives as true business partners rather than just software delivery partners.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for developing a robust pipeline of new opportunities and securing those opportunities to establish early relationships with clients. You will create and execute pursuit strategies that align with the company's goals, ensuring that you build value propositions that resonate with clients. Your responsibilities will include nurturing executive relationships and expanding Thoughtworks' engagement to leverage the full breadth of our capabilities. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions provided meet client needs and drive mutual success. Your role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to ensure that the client experience is seamless and impactful.
