CoderPad is hiring a Strategic Account Executive to oversee the expansion of their largest customers. You'll engage with key stakeholders to improve the technical interviewing experience. This role requires experience in sales and account management.

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales, particularly in managing strategic accounts and engaging with key stakeholders in the tech industry. Your experience includes working with large clients and understanding their unique needs, especially in the context of technical hiring challenges. You are adept at building relationships and driving value propositions that resonate with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Talent Acquisition and Engineering, is crucial in delivering tailored solutions that meet client expectations. You are results-driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can leverage your strategic thinking to identify opportunities for growth.

What you'll do

As a Strategic Account Executive at CoderPad, you will be responsible for overseeing the expansion of our largest customers, including industry giants like Meta, LinkedIn, and Apple. You will engage with key Talent Acquisition and Engineering stakeholders to understand their technical hiring challenges and drive the CoderPad value proposition. Your role will involve managing the sales process from start to finish, ensuring that you effectively communicate the benefits of our tools to enhance the technical interview experience.

You will report to the Sales Manager and regularly engage in customer calls to maintain strong relationships and address any concerns. Your goal will be to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within your book of target accounts, contributing to the overall growth of CoderPad in the EMEA region. You will also collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and product offerings that meet client needs.
