Overview

Cognism is hiring an Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of Mid-Market and Enterprise customers. You'll ensure customer success through onboarding and relationship management. This role requires fluency in both German and English.

Who you are

You have a strong background in account management, particularly within the B2B sector, and are adept at managing customer relationships throughout the entire lifecycle. Your experience includes onboarding new clients, ensuring they derive value from the services provided, and proactively managing risks to retain customers. You are fluent in both German and English, allowing you to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable navigating challenges while maintaining a focus on customer outcomes.

You understand the importance of aligning stakeholders on measurable outcomes and are skilled at guiding customers from initial onboarding through to renewal. Your ability to identify growth opportunities based on demonstrated ROI sets you apart, as you are always looking for ways to expand relationships and deliver additional value. You are a trusted advisor to your clients, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout their journey with Cognism.

What you'll do

In your role as an Account Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of Mid-Market and Enterprise customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support. You will lead the commercial onboarding process, helping clients to quickly adopt the platform and realize its value. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular check-ins with customers, addressing any concerns they may have, and providing insights that help them maximize their use of the platform.

You will also be responsible for driving customer retention through continuous value delivery and proactive risk management. This involves analyzing customer usage data to identify potential issues before they escalate and working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve them. Additionally, you will seek out opportunities for expansion within your accounts, leveraging your understanding of customer needs and business objectives to propose solutions that drive growth.
