You have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the Energy & Utilities sector, and possess the ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to connect with prospects and understand their unique needs. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with customer success, sales development, marketing, and solution architecture teams to drive growth. You are results-oriented and take ownership of your territory, ensuring that you meet and exceed sales targets.
Desirable
Experience working with Global 2000 companies is a plus, as is familiarity with AI systems and their applications in business. You are comfortable developing tailored value propositions that resonate with enterprise clients, showcasing how Cohereβs platform can help them achieve their business goals. A background in technology sales or a strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts will set you apart.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of the entire sales process, from identifying potential leads to closing deals with large enterprises in the Energy & Utilities sector. You will engage with prospects to uncover their needs and develop compelling value propositions that demonstrate how Cohereβs platform can address their challenges. You will collaborate with various teams across the organization, including customer success and marketing, to ensure a seamless experience for clients. Your insights from the field will be invaluable in helping our product and engineering teams prioritize features that align with customer needs. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
