What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer success for CoinGecko's API product. You will engage with clients to understand their needs and provide support to help them maximize the value of our services. You will work closely with the product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and advocate for improvements. Your role will involve onboarding new clients, providing training, and assisting with any technical inquiries they may have. You will also track customer engagement metrics and work to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products.
