Overview

Color is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive health plan sales and build relationships with health plans. You'll be involved in sourcing leads, closing deals, and managing post-sale relationships. This role requires experience in health plan sales.

You are an experienced health plan sales professional with a proven track record in driving sales and building relationships. You understand the complexities of the healthcare landscape and have a passion for improving cancer care through innovative solutions. You possess strong communication skills and can effectively engage with various stakeholders, including health plans, employers, and government entities. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare sector. You thrive in collaborative settings and are eager to contribute to a team that is dedicated to transforming cancer care.

Desirable

Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in cancer care or related fields, is a plus. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and developing leads within the health plan sector. You will engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present Color's innovative solutions for cancer care. Your ability to drive customers to close will be crucial, as you will manage the entire sales process from initial contact to final agreement. Post-sale, you will maintain relationships with health plans to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for further collaboration. You will work closely with Color's broader commercial team, providing valuable market feedback that will inform product and commercial strategy sessions. Your insights will help shape the direction of Color's offerings and enhance the overall customer experience.
