CommerceHub is hiring a Renewals Specialist to drive account renewals and enhance customer experiences. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to manage the renewal process and increase subscription revenue. This role requires strong organizational skills and customer-facing interactions.

Who you are
You have experience in customer success or account management, ideally within a SaaS environment — you understand the importance of customer retention and are skilled at building relationships that foster loyalty. Your organizational skills are top-notch, allowing you to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously without losing sight of the details. You are comfortable with customer-facing interactions and can effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including Customer Success Managers and Account Executives.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams such as Legal and Accounting to ensure a seamless renewal process. Your proactive approach helps you identify opportunities for upselling and migrating customers to new plans, ensuring they receive maximum value from their subscriptions. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of customer needs while maintaining a focus on the company's goals.
What you'll do
As a Renewals Specialist at CommerceHub, you will project manage the renewal experience for assigned customer accounts, ensuring a smooth transition through pivotal points in the customer lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to retain and increase subscription revenue by positioning multiyear contracts and price increases. Your role will involve migrating existing customers from legacy plans to new packaging and pricing structures, which requires a keen understanding of customer needs and the ability to communicate effectively.
You will proactively identify potential challenges in the renewal process and work to address them before they impact customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will also include backend deal desk support, such as quote creation and contract processing, ensuring that all necessary documentation is accurate and timely. You will play a crucial role in driving customer success and satisfaction, ultimately contributing to the overall growth of CommerceHub.
