CommerceHub is hiring a Renewals Specialist to drive account renewals and enhance customer experiences. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to manage the renewal process and optimize subscription revenue.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success or account management, with experience in driving renewals and managing customer relationships. Your organizational skills are top-notch, allowing you to coordinate effectively with various teams such as Customer Success, Legal, and Accounting. You excel in customer-facing interactions and understand the importance of providing a seamless experience throughout the renewal process.

You are proactive in identifying opportunities for upselling and migrating customers to new plans, ensuring they receive maximum value from their subscriptions. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and internal teams sets you apart, making you a key player in enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.

What you'll do

As a Renewals Specialist at CommerceHub, you will project manage the renewal experience in close partnership with assigned Customer Success Managers and Account Executives. Your primary responsibility will be to retain and increase subscription revenue by positioning multiyear contracts and managing price increases. You will also be tasked with migrating existing customers from legacy plans to new packaging and pricing, ensuring a smooth transition.

You will proactively identify customer needs and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address any challenges that arise during the renewal process. Your role will involve creating quotes and processing contracts, providing backend support to ensure all aspects of the renewal are handled efficiently. You will play a crucial role in building momentum and value leading up to each renewal, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the company.
