You have a strong background in sales enablement or training, with a proven track record of developing and executing enablement strategies that drive sales performance. Your experience includes hands-on coaching and providing strategic guidance to sales teams, ensuring they have the skills and insights needed to succeed in a competitive market. You are adept at identifying areas for improvement and collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective solutions. Your ability to integrate go-to-market strategies into training programs is a key strength, allowing you to ensure that sales representatives are well-prepared to engage with clients effectively.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with broader business objectives. What you'll do

As a Sales Enablement Manager at CommerceHub, you will champion the development and execution of comprehensive enablement strategies tailored to your region. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to provide hands-on skills coaching and support for pipeline and deal management.
