You have a strong background in sales enablement, with experience in developing and executing training programs that enhance sales team performance. Your ability to analyze sales processes and identify areas for improvement sets you apart as a strategic partner to sales leadership. You excel in providing hands-on coaching and support to sales representatives, ensuring they have the skills and insights needed to close deals effectively.

You are a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to align go-to-market strategies with sales training initiatives. Your communication skills allow you to convey complex concepts clearly, making it easy for sales teams to understand and implement new strategies. What you'll do

As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will champion the development and execution of comprehensive enablement strategies tailored to your region. You will partner with key stakeholders to identify gaps in sales skills and knowledge, implementing targeted training programs to address these areas.
