OpenAI is seeking a Talent Sourcer for their Go-To-Market team in Tokyo. You'll partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and engage top talent. This role requires experience in talent sourcing and recruitment processes.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in talent sourcing, particularly for Go-To-Market roles, and understand the nuances of engaging with candidates in various fields. Your experience allows you to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, ensuring that you can effectively support their recruitment needs. You are collaborative and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to optimize recruiting processes and strategies. You are adaptable and open to branching into technical roles as needed, demonstrating your versatility in the recruitment landscape.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the relationships with hiring managers across the Go-To-Market organization, working closely with them to understand their specific needs and challenges. You will develop customized sourcing strategies that align with the goals of the team, ensuring a steady pipeline of exceptional candidates. Your responsibilities will include identifying and engaging leading talent, managing the front-end candidate funnel stages, and collaborating with recruiters and coordinators to streamline the hiring process. You will also be involved in improving recruiting processes and ensuring compliance with job posting standards.
