Who you are
You are a motivated and personable Sales Development Representative with strong written and verbal communication skills. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are open to coaching and training, demonstrating a self-starter attitude with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Your experience working directly with high-net-worth individuals makes you a valuable asset to our Membership team.
You have a background in wealth management and personal finance, which allows you to understand the financial needs of potential customers. Your ability to work collaboratively with a team ensures that client needs are met as they are connected with Financial Advisors and other professionals. You are proficient in Salesforce and other relevant sales tools, enabling you to effectively manage leads and drive customer engagement.
What you'll do
In this role, you will spend each day talking to potential members about the benefits of Compound, identifying potential customers, and researching their financial needs. You will drive customer meetings for financial advisors through outbound emails and phone calls, ensuring a smooth experience through our sales funnel. Your responsibilities will also include conducting ad hoc projects that improve Compound's lead generation playbook, allowing you to contribute creatively to our growth.
You will be responsible for identifying the needs of prospects and suggesting appropriate resources and next steps. Your proactive approach will help facilitate connections between clients and our team of Financial Advisors, tax professionals, and other members. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our outreach efforts and improving our overall sales strategy.
