What you'll do

As the Forward Deployed Engineering Manager, you will lead a team responsible for building integrations and automation workflows that enhance identity security for ConductorOne's clients. You will define and scale the Forward Deployed Engineering program, creating repeatable processes for project scoping, delivery, and quality assurance. Your role will involve mentoring engineers, setting strategic direction, and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure that the FDE function delivers consistent impact. You will also spend time hands-on, working directly with customers to understand their needs and ensure that the solutions your team develops are effective and user-friendly. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the success of ConductorOne's most strategic projects, ensuring that they are delivered with excellence and meet the high standards expected by our clients.
