What you'll do

As a Technical Support Engineer at Plaid, you will be responsible for managing technical issues from their initial symptoms to resolution. You will communicate with customers and internal stakeholders throughout the process, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned. Your role will involve investigating the root causes of integration issues and quantifying their scope and impact.
