You have experience working with enterprise clients, particularly in the Financial Services and Telecommunications sectors. Your ability to ask hard questions and provide honest feedback makes you a valuable team member. You are committed to continuous learning and growth, and you welcome diverse perspectives that challenge the status quo.

Desirable

Experience in data streaming or related technologies is a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, will help you manage your sales pipeline effectively. You are adaptable and can pivot strategies based on market feedback and customer needs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the full sales cycle for net-new logos in your assigned Enterprise territory. This includes prospecting potential clients, conducting discovery calls to understand their needs, designing tailored solutions, negotiating terms, and closing deals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the solutions you propose align with Confluent's capabilities and the clients' business objectives.

You will be responsible for driving net-new customer acquisition by introducing Confluent’s leading data streaming platform to prospective clients. Your strong prospecting skills will help you identify and engage with potential customers, while your consultative approach will enable you to build trust and rapport. You will leverage your deal execution skills to navigate complex sales processes and ensure successful outcomes.

You will also contribute to the development of sales strategies and best practices within the team. By sharing insights and collaborating with colleagues, you will help refine the sales approach and improve overall performance. Your ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback will inform your sales tactics and help you stay ahead of the competition.
