What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving net-new customer acquisition by introducing Confluent’s leading data streaming platform to prospective clients across the mid-market and enterprise segments. You will leverage your strong prospecting skills to identify potential clients and engage them in meaningful conversations about how Confluent can meet their data needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, helping them understand the value of our platform. Your consultative approach will allow you to uncover client challenges and position Confluent’s solutions effectively. You will also be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, tracking your progress, and reporting on your results to leadership. Your role will involve continuous learning about the evolving data landscape and how Confluent’s offerings can provide a competitive edge to our clients.
