Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in a value-driven sales model, and possess a 'hunter/closer' mentality that drives you to exceed quarterly sales targets. Your experience includes working with large, diverse, and complex territories, where you've successfully developed and closed a sales pipeline. You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering with Solutions Engineers and Professional Services to ensure customer success. Your ability to understand and sell through the partner ecosystem sets you apart in the competitive landscape.

You are a strategic thinker who can effectively present and sell a compelling value proposition to potential clients. Your strong negotiation skills enable you to navigate complex sales processes, and you are comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels. You are driven by results and are passionate about helping organizations leverage data streaming solutions to enhance their operations.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Confluent, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling Confluent solutions to large and strategic customers in Thailand. You will proactively prospect, identify, qualify, develop, and close a sales pipeline, owning the entire sales process from start to finish. Collaborating closely with team members in business development, customer success, and professional services, you will ensure that customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your role will involve developing and presenting tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client, ultimately helping them to harness the power of data in motion.
