You are an expert in understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable solutions — your ability to analyze the competitive landscape allows you to position Confluent's offerings effectively. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on achieving your sales targets. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively, making you a trusted advisor to your clients.

Desirable

Experience in the data streaming or cloud computing industry is a plus, as is familiarity with value-driven sales models. You are comfortable using CRM tools like Salesforce to manage your pipeline and track your progress.

What you'll do

As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at Confluent, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in large, complex accounts. You will proactively prospect, identify, qualify, develop, and close a sales pipeline while continuing to grow consumption in current customer accounts. Your role will involve leading and executing a strategic sales cycle, demonstrating the value of Confluent's solutions to C-level executives.
