You thrive in collaborative environments, working hand-in-hand with teams across Customer Solutions, Sales, Product, and Engineering to foster customer growth and retention.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with a diverse portfolio of customers, from Mid-Market to Enterprise and Strategic accounts. Your ability to ask hard questions and provide honest feedback makes you a valuable partner to our customers, ensuring they realize the full value of their investment in our technology.
