You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally with experience in analytics or digital marketing. What you'll do
As a Customer Solutions Advisor at InfoTrust, you will be responsible for strategic account management, building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders across various levels of the organization. You will proactively monitor data consumption and usage to maintain high satisfaction levels and ensure that customers are getting the most out of their analytics and privacy-centric solutions. Your role will involve leading renewal discussions and identifying opportunities for revenue growth through contract management.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that solutions are delivered effectively.
