What you'll do
As the Regional Sales Director, you will directly manage a team of Account Executives, focusing on achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets. You will be responsible for setting individual and team quotas, ensuring that your team is equipped to meet their goals. Engaging in regular one-on-one meetings, you will coach and mentor your team through opportunity and deal inspections, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
