Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, allowing you to articulate the value of Illumio's offerings clearly. You are driven by results and have a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets year after year.

What you'll do

As the Regional Sales Director at Illumio, you will be the front-line leader in our field organization, actively seeking and creating new sales opportunities within our target accounts. You will lead a virtual team of Illumio professionals and external partners to win these opportunities, focusing on large enterprise deals that range from $500k to over $1M. Your role will involve developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying key prospects, and leveraging your network to drive business growth.

You will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and value propositions, helping to position Illumio as a leader in ransomware and breach containment. Your insights will be crucial in refining our approach to the market and enhancing our competitive edge. You will also be responsible for reporting on sales performance and providing feedback to improve processes and strategies.
