Overview

Confluera is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to identify and execute account strategies for new business opportunities across the TOLA region. You'll leverage your expertise in Cybersecurity and SaaS technologies to drive revenue growth. This position requires 10+ years of solution selling experience.

Job Description

Who you are

You have over 10 years of solution selling experience, particularly in software security and infrastructure security products, and you understand the nuances of target account selling and consultative sales techniques. Your strong problem-solving skills enable you to analyze complex multivariate problems and devise effective strategies for resolution. You have a deep understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud, and SaaS technologies, and you are adept at navigating competitive offerings in the marketplace. Your extensive contacts in the information security field and proven ability to develop relationships with senior executives set you apart in this role. You are skilled at using Salesforce.com to capture and disseminate relevant prospect information, ensuring that your sales strategies are data-driven and effective.

What you'll do

As a Regional Sales Manager at Confluera, you will identify, develop, and execute account strategies to close new business opportunities while expanding revenue with existing customers across the TOLA region. You will scope, negotiate, and finalize agreements to exceed booking and revenue quota targets. Your role will involve targeting and gaining access to decision-makers in key prospect accounts, typically at the CIO and CSO levels, to drive sales strategy and goal attainment. You will collaborate with peers across functions to create visibility with target accounts and engage prospects at both the individual contributor and executive levels. Working cooperatively with partners will be essential to leverage their established account presence and relationships. Your ability to maintain existing relationships with key decision-makers will be crucial in driving all pertinent issues related to sales strategy and goal attainment.
