You have hands-on experience in advocacy or customer marketing, demonstrating a strong ability to build and activate customer relationships. Your curiosity and creativity drive you to rethink traditional advocacy models, making you an ideal candidate for this builder role. You are excited about using AI, automation, and modern tools to enhance advocacy efficiency and impact while ensuring a positive customer experience.
You possess a strong understanding of how to consolidate signals from various sources such as Customer Success, Sales, and Product to create a centralized advocate pool. Your experience allows you to design scalable alternatives to traditional one-to-one references, ensuring that advocacy supports business outcomes effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will establish and modernize the customer reference program, building core processes and advocate profiles. You will create a robust advocate pipeline by consolidating signals from multiple departments into an actionable pool. Your responsibilities will include interviewing customers and writing compelling case studies in collaboration with Product Marketing and Content.
You will activate customers through various initiatives, including sales references, speaking opportunities, testimonials, and logo usage. Your focus will be on designing how customers are activated across the business, ensuring that advocacy efforts are aligned with go-to-market strategies. You will also be responsible for measuring the impact of advocacy initiatives and continuously optimizing processes to enhance effectiveness.
