With experience in customer advocacy or success, you know how to engage customers in meaningful ways that drive loyalty and growth. You are skilled in project management, ensuring that advocacy initiatives are executed effectively and on time. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Management, allows you to influence and establish impactful advocacy programs. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to interact with customers in a thoughtful and engaging manner, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
What you'll do
As the Customer Advocacy Manager at Tanium, you will play a pivotal role in extending the company's market leadership by integrating customer success stories into advocacy initiatives. You will oversee the development and execution of a robust advocacy framework that supports reference needs and strengthens customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include managing the customer evidence referral program, producing customer videos and success stories, and organizing webinars and appreciation events. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that advocacy programs align with business objectives and contribute to revenue growth. Your role will require you to project manage multiple initiatives, ensuring that timelines are met and that customer interactions are of the highest quality. You will also be responsible for inspiring participation in advocacy programs that deepen engagement and foster a sense of community among Tanium's customers.
