You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to create initiatives that resonate with customers and drive engagement. Your ability to manage relationships and influence stakeholders is key to your success in this role.

You possess strong project management skills — overseeing timelines and ensuring the successful execution of advocacy programs is second nature to you. You understand the importance of customer evidence and are adept at creating compelling success stories that highlight customer achievements. Your communication skills allow you to engage with customers in a thoughtful and personable manner, ensuring that every interaction is a positive experience.

What you'll do

As the Customer Advocacy Manager at Tanium, you will play a pivotal role in extending the company's market leadership through innovative advocacy initiatives. You will oversee the development and execution of an annual calendar of customer advocacy activities, including webinars, keynotes, and appreciation events. Your mission is to strengthen advocate relationships and inspire participation in programs that deepen engagement and accelerate growth.

You will collaborate closely with various teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Engineering, to land and establish advocacy programs that align with business objectives. Your role will involve managing the production of customer videos, success stories, and social media merchandising, ensuring that customer evidence is timely and impactful. You will also influence the design of the Tanium customer success web property, enhancing its effectiveness in showcasing customer stories.
