Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in customer success management, ideally with experience in the tech industry — you've successfully managed enterprise accounts and understand how to drive customer satisfaction and retention. You are a trusted advisor who builds and maintains relationships with clients, ensuring they achieve their business goals with the platform. You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively negotiate pricing and contract terms with stakeholders. You are proactive in identifying risks and opportunities within your accounts, and you thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales and product teams to amplify customer feedback.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage a book of business consisting of around 25-30 enterprise accounts, ensuring that customers are aligned with their value expectations from the start. You will monitor customer health scores and drive product adoption, leading regular business reviews to discuss progress against defined goals. You will capture and communicate key performance indicators and outcomes, guiding customers through their journey with Contentful. Your responsibilities will include driving renewal conversations with strategic clients and confidently negotiating contract terms to secure renewals. You will also play a key role in gathering customer feedback to inform product development and improve the overall customer experience.
