You have a strong background in managing partnerships and alliances, ideally with experience in technology ecosystems. Your entrepreneurial mindset allows you to proactively identify opportunities and solutions that drive value for both the company and its partners. You excel in cross-departmental collaboration, working closely with sales teams to align strategies and maximize joint opportunities. Your communication skills enable you to effectively represent both the partner's organization and Contentful, ensuring that customer needs are met through collaborative efforts.

You understand the importance of building relationships and trust with partners, and you are skilled at diagnosing customer pain points to introduce relevant partner solutions. Your ability to work with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers helps you create a seamless experience for customers, driving expansion and new business opportunities. You are comfortable navigating complex sales environments and can adapt your approach based on the unique needs of each partnership.

What you'll do

As a Technology Alliance Manager at Contentful, you will play a crucial role in aligning sales efforts with partner organizations to drive joint value. You will be responsible for executing a development strategy that enhances collaboration with partners, ensuring that both parties benefit from the relationship. Your role will involve working closely with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for partner involvement.

You will serve as the primary liaison between the sales team and partners, facilitating communication and collaboration to drive awareness of partner offerings internally. By understanding customer pain points, you will help diagnose solutions that leverage partner capabilities, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth. Your proactive approach will be essential in identifying new opportunities and expanding existing partnerships, contributing to the overall success of the sales function.
