You have a strong background in managing technology partnerships and understand the nuances of aligning sales strategies with partner ecosystems. Your entrepreneurial mindset allows you to proactively identify opportunities and spearhead solutions that drive joint value. You thrive in collaborative environments, working cross-departmentally to ensure that both sales and partners are aligned in their goals. Your experience in sales functions equips you to serve as a key representative for both the partner's organization and Contentful, ensuring that customer needs are met effectively.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers. You are adept at diagnosing customer pain points and identifying how partnerships can alleviate these challenges. Your ability to create awareness internally about partner offerings is crucial in driving sourced and influenced pipeline opportunities. You are comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and can effectively advocate for both the partner and the company.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for executing a development strategy that aligns with partners to drive joint value and win opportunities. You will work closely with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to understand field needs and identify opportunities for collaboration with existing customers and prospects. Your role will involve creating direct alignment between the sales team and partners, ensuring that both parties are equipped to serve customers effectively.
You will facilitate communication between sales and partners, acting as a conduit for information and opportunities. By understanding customer pain points, you will help introduce partners to solutions that can drive expansion or net new business. Your proactive approach will be essential in maintaining awareness of partner offerings within the sales team, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned on how to leverage partnerships for customer success.
