Who you are

You have a strong background in business development, with at least 5 years of experience in managing partnerships and alliances. Your communication and presentation skills are excellent, allowing you to effectively engage with partners and stakeholders. You possess a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and an MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus. You are willing to travel as required to meet with partners and attend industry events, demonstrating your commitment to building strong relationships.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships that drive business growth for Workato. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify partnership opportunities and create collaborative strategies that align with the company's goals. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial as you present partnership proposals and negotiate agreements. You will also monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, ensuring that they deliver value to both Workato and its partners.
