What you'll do
As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for introducing Convene to prospective clients, focusing on discovery and qualification of inbound leads. You will handle a high volume of inquiries via phone and e-RFPs, ensuring that each interaction is meaningful and productive. Your role will involve understanding Convene's product solutions, including Physical and Hybrid Meetings, to effectively communicate their value to potential clients. You will record and track all lead generation activities using Salesforce and Salesloft, allowing for accurate measurement of your efforts. Collaborating closely with the sales team, you will support the Assistant Director of Sales in achieving team goals and driving business growth. Your proactive approach will help create inspiring moments of connection for clients, aligning with Convene's mission to bring people together.
