What you'll do

In this role, you will act as a servant-leader for the Business Applications team, facilitating bi-weekly enhancement sprints for planned project work. You will coordinate daily production support activities across multiple application teams, ensuring that all teams are aligned and working efficiently. Your responsibilities will include organizing sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to keep the team focused and on track.

You will work closely with various stakeholders to identify and prioritize enhancement requests, ensuring that the team is delivering the most valuable features first. Your role will also involve monitoring team performance metrics and implementing strategies to improve overall productivity. You will be instrumental in creating a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to share feedback and suggest enhancements to processes.

You will also be responsible for maintaining Jira as a central tool for project management, ensuring that all tasks are tracked and reported accurately. Your ability to analyze data and generate reports will help the team make informed decisions and improve their workflows. You will collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches within the organization to share best practices and drive Agile adoption across teams.
