Coupang is hiring a Senior Account Management Specialist to lead the sales team for their Rocket Now food delivery service. You'll be responsible for developing sales strategies and supporting partner acquisition in Osaka, Japan.

You have over 7 years of experience in B2C and B2B sales, demonstrating a strong ability to engage with diverse products and services. Your strategic thinking allows you to define problems and derive effective solutions, making you a valuable asset to any sales team. You are confident in leading sales initiatives and executing strategies that drive growth and value for both the company and its partners.

Your experience includes direct sales engagements, where you've successfully introduced services and promotional programs to partners. You thrive in environments that require market analysis and insight generation, enabling you to provide compelling value propositions to potential partners. You are adept at analyzing performance metrics across various channels and regions, ensuring that your strategies are data-driven and effective.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the sales team for the Rocket Now division, focusing on partner acquisition and operational stability. You will develop and execute sales strategies that align with the team's mission and objectives, guiding your team members towards achieving their goals.
