You have extensive experience in partnerships and business development, particularly in the technology sector — you've successfully defined and executed partnership strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Your strong negotiation skills enable you to structure and close high-impact deals that align with business objectives.

You possess a deep understanding of the Asia-Pacific market dynamics and have a proven track record of building relationships with key stakeholders — your ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence decision-makers sets you apart. You are results-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can leverage your strategic thinking to create competitive advantages.

What you'll do

As the VP of Partnerships, APAC, you will be responsible for defining and executing Cresta's partnerships strategy across the region — you will identify potential partners, structure deals, and lead negotiations to secure high-impact partnerships that enhance customer acquisition efforts. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of partnerships on business objectives.

You will analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities — your insights will help shape Cresta's strategic direction and drive growth in the APAC region. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring that partnerships are mutually beneficial and aligned with Cresta's mission.
