What you'll do

As the Forward Deployed Product Manager, you will be responsible for creating, deploying, and optimizing AI Agents that enhance customer interactions. You will work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure that the AI solutions meet customer needs and drive business value. Your role will involve conducting user research to gather insights and feedback, which will inform product development and enhancements. You will also collaborate with sales and marketing teams to communicate the value of the AI Agents to potential customers.

You will lead project management efforts, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure that projects are executed smoothly. This includes defining project scopes, setting timelines, and managing resources effectively. You will also be responsible for tracking project progress and reporting on key metrics to demonstrate the impact of the AI Agents on customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
