What you'll do

As a Solutions Engineer at Cribl, you will play a crucial role in the sales process by helping customers understand the value of the product. You will conduct product demonstrations and answer customer questions during initial sales calls, ensuring that potential clients have a clear understanding of how Cribl can meet their data needs. You will also support customers during proof of concept sessions, guiding them through the implementation and showcasing the product's capabilities.

Your responsibilities will include documenting interesting use cases and contributing to product documentation, which will help enhance the overall customer experience. You will work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and tailor your approach to meet those needs effectively. Your role will require you to be adaptable, as you will be working across various time zones and may need to perform duties outside of standard working hours.
