What you'll do

As a Sales Development Representative at CrossCountry Consulting, you will play a crucial role in driving business development efforts. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, engaging them through various outreach methods, and setting up meetings for the sales team. Your proactive approach will help generate leads and contribute to the overall success of the firm.

In addition to your individual contributions, you will also take on coaching responsibilities within the SDR rotational program. You will mentor new consultants, sharing your knowledge and experience to help them develop their skills and succeed in their roles.
