What you'll do
As a Sales Development Representative at Webflow, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth. You will be responsible for generating outbound sales opportunities, reaching out to potential clients, and introducing them to Webflow's innovative digital experience platform. You will work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for outreach and engagement, ensuring that you effectively communicate the value of Webflow's offerings. You will also participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of team culture as one of the first hires in the Chicago office. What we offer
Webflow offers a competitive compensation package, including an On Target Earnings (OTE) of $90,300, which encompasses both base salary and sales commissions. You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, spending three days a week in the Chicago office and the rest remotely.
