What you'll do

As the Director of Engineering, Cloud Availability, you will lead Crusoe's engineering organization in Dublin, overseeing critical functions such as Site Reliability Engineering, Network Engineering, and Data Center Infrastructure Engineering. Your role will involve driving meaningful innovation and ensuring the global resiliency of Crusoe Cloud. You will be responsible for scaling the EMEA presence and managing reliability initiatives that align with the company's mission of sustainable computing.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in cloud infrastructure, ensuring that systems are robust and capable of handling the demands of AI-driven applications.
