You have a strong background in consulting or enterprise solutions, ideally with experience in the financial or technology sectors. Your ability to understand complex business models allows you to tailor solutions that meet client needs effectively. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to build trust and rapport with clients while guiding them through the adoption of new technologies. You are comfortable working at the intersection of finance, technology, and operations, ensuring that clients see value quickly and sustainably. What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the onboarding and implementation process for enterprise clients, ensuring a smooth transition from kick-off to post-go-live support. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique business models and configure Cryptio's platform to fit their needs. Your responsibilities will include guiding clients through complex fund flows and operational challenges, ensuring they unlock the full potential of our enterprise-grade back-office platform. You will also be responsible for providing ongoing support and advice to ensure lasting success for your clients from day one.
