Who you are

You have experience in customer success or consulting roles, ideally within the tech or finance sectors — you understand the importance of building strong relationships with clients and guiding them through their journey with a product. You are comfortable working with finance and operations teams, helping them integrate new solutions into their existing workflows.

You possess a deep understanding of financial operations and accounting principles, particularly in the context of the crypto economy — your knowledge allows you to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from the platform. You are a proactive communicator, able to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers after they go live with Cryptio — you will support clients in adopting the platform across their teams and workflows, ensuring they are confident in using the product. You will train users on product features and best practices, helping them optimize their month-end, reconciliation, and reporting processes.

You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions that enhance their operational efficiency. Your goal is to build strong operational foundations for clients as they grow, ensuring they can scale their financial operations effectively.
