Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success or consulting, ideally within the financial or tech sectors — you understand the importance of building strong relationships with clients and guiding them through their journey with a product. You are comfortable in a hands-on, client-facing role, where you can leverage your expertise to help customers succeed. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively train users and convey complex information in an understandable manner. You are passionate about the crypto economy and eager to learn about crypto accounting and financial operations, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor for your customers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers after they go live with Cryptio, ensuring they have the support they need to adopt the platform effectively. You will work closely with finance and operations teams to help clients embed Cryptio into their reporting workflows, optimizing their month-end, reconciliation, and reporting processes. Your responsibilities will include training users on product features and best practices, as well as providing ongoing support to ensure clients are getting the most value from the platform. You will help customers build strong operational foundations as they grow, fostering long-term relationships that contribute to their success.
