What you'll do

As a Technical Support Engineer at Cryptio, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to our enterprise customers. You will collaborate with the L1 Support squad, Customer Success, and software engineers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that customers encounter.
